Summary Judgment in Declaratory Judgment Suit

On November 30, 2017, Jan Campbell and John Mead won Summary Judgment in favor of the Insurer. The Court found the Businessowners Policy did not provide coverage for an ATV accident that occurred off the premises, the ATV was driven and owned by an uninsured person, and the employee passenger was not working at the time of the accident.
