Dakota J.H. Bodenreider is an attorney concentrating his practice on insurance defense litigation. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy with a minor in legal studies from Morehead State University in 2016. While there he worked at the Pro Se Divorce Clinic and did a summer internship at the Morehead Public Defender’s Office. He obtained his law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, in 2020. While in law school he was a certified legal intern and a law clerk for the Marion County Public Defender Agency. He also was a certified legal intern for the Hancock County Prosecutor’s Office. He is a member of the Indianapolis and Indiana Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
