Kathleen Sawtell is an attorney, concentrating her practice on insurance defense litigation. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Creighton University in 2014 and her law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2017. While in law school, she completed more than 400 pro bono hours, interning for the Marion County Prosecutor's Office and the Office of General Counsel for the Indiana Family & Social Services Administration. She is a member of the Indianapolis and Indiana Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana.
