Eleanor Finnell is an associate with Leeuw Oberlies & Campbell, P.C., where she concentrates on insurance defense litigation. Ms. Finnell graduated from Purdue University in 1996 and from the Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis in 1999.
Ms. Finnell worked as Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Indianapolis, where she represented the Mayor of Indianapolis and City and County agencies. While with the City, she defended employees of Marion County and the City of Indianapolis in civil rights and tort lawsuits in both federal and state courts. Ms. Finnell also served as first chair in both state and federal jury trials. She has served as General Counsel for the Indiana Professional Standards Board and as a litigator with the Indiana Department of Transportation and the Office of Attorney General.
Her civic activities include service as vice president of the Mt. Zion Federal Credit Union and board member of the Mt. Zion Housing Board, which manages three separate housing developments. She is admitted to practice in Indiana and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
