BethAnn Whelchel is an associate with Leeuw Oberlies & Campbell, P.C., where she concentrates her practice on insurance defense litigation. Ms. Whelchel attended New College of Florida where she majored in Political Science and Classical Languages, and earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 2008. While in law school, Ms. Whelchel served as the Senior Managing Editor of the Federal Communications Law Journal and participated in the National Telecommunications Moot Court Competition.
Ms. Whelchel is a member of the Indianapolis and Indiana Bar Associations, Defense Research Institute, and Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana. She is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana and is a registered domestic relations mediator for the State of Indiana. Ms. Whelchel also serves as a volunteer for the American Cancer Society, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Indiana, and Big Brothers/Big Sisters.
